Oxytetracycline (B.P) … 150gm
Florfenicol (Mfg. Spec.) … 150gm
(As per Innovator’ Specification).

Forlox oral powder is effective against wide range of bacteria including E.Coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, haemophilus, staphylococcus proteus Pasteurella spp. and clostridium.

Poultry.

Prevention:
1 gm in 4 liter of drinking water for 3 to 5 days.
Treatment:
1 gm in 2 liter of drinking water for 3 to 5 days.

Meat & Eggs: 5 days.

Avoid unnecessary treatments.
Consult the veterinarian before use.
Use the medicated water within 24 hours.
Do not use products which are out of date.
Store products in accordance with label directions.
Make sure the proper solubility of medicine in drinking water.

Dark and dry place.
