Gentamycin Sulphate USP …10%

G-VET 10% injection is effective against diseases caused by Gentamycin-sensitive micro-organisms, both gram positive and gram negative bacteria including Proteus mirabilis, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It is indicated for the treatment of respiratory, gastrointestinal and urogenital infections e.g. bronchitis, pneumonia, pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis, endometritis, metritis, colibacillosis, salmonellosis, infected wounds, pyodermic sepsis, etc.

Recommended routes are I/M, S/C, Intrauterine and slow I/V, once or twice daily (in divided doses) until complete regression of symptoms.
Horse, Cattle & Buffalo: 4 ml 100 kg body weight/day.
Camel: 3ml/100 kg body weight
Sheep & Goat: 2.5ml/50 kg body weight.
Pet: 0.25 ml/5kg body weight.
Poultry: 0.05 ml/kg body weight.
For intrauterine use: 10-25ml diluted with 250-500physiological saline.

Cattle, Buffalo, Camel, Horse, Sheep, Goat, Cat & Dog.

Meat: 7 days.
Milk: 3 days.
